RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure efficient follow-up and accurate reporting.
- Proactively initiate and manage a high volume of outbound calls to generate new leads, build client relationships, and secure insurance policies.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through strategic prospecting, demonstrating a hunter mentality to consistently meet or exceed targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, call-driven environment.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming objections and closing deals.
- Experience using CRM software to manage leads, track activities, and follow up effectively.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service & sales preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
